Saylor House

“Inbar has designed this modern-green home to maximize natural light and ventilation — and has really “taken in” the northern light which is so important here in South West Florida. He has also provided substantial shade from the Southern exposure. The home lays out on two stories, with immense space and views to the water and a clear connection from all indoor living spaces to the outside. In the world of modern design, this is a pure and light design – .”

Bay Island – Siesta Key Waterfront

This home is proposed for a 12,000
square foot waterfront lot on North SIesta Key – in the exclusive
Bay Island Subdivision — with deep, marina-like boat basin slips
for Owner’s yacht and guest slips. The high-performance
building envelope, simplified building construction systems, and
supremely insulated structure is designed to be both fortified and
energy efficient. Paving materials are planned to be pervious, and
the landscape design (to be completed) will be primarily drought
tolerant Florida native.

Secondary gated entry – Primary entry is through Foyer below

50 foot Lap-Pool, decks, waterfall and waterfront covered
